this is basically a nasty divorce with a custody battle. i have been arrested 5 times in a liitle over a year ,stalking, cyber stalking, improp. phone, harrasment, etc and found not guilty on all. i have even been arrested for crimes the city does not an ordianance against,
my ex wife has taken advantage of the justice of the peace, police, sheriff, detectives,etc, also her cousin is the district court judge of the town where the arrest keep happening, i get arrested and held without bond , sometimes ridiculous bail amounts ,no phone , no visitation, etc, in all 11 days in prison , 5 days in max security. i have been cleared of all 8 felony charges ,they have managed to send detectives from her home town to our childrens catholic school in a different district for interrigation to find out where my girl friend lives, to arrest me . but the $$$ spent on bail, bond, attorny fees , missed work has really put a huge strain on budget, not to mention family court $

After doing what I considered to be an “Informative Inquiry”, by calling and discussing the pros and cons of this Cyber Detective, I was assured by a customer service rep that I would receive “Un-Limited Access” to they’re database’s of information so I payed the $29.00 subscription fee and thought I would give this a try, and to my dissmay, When I attempted to access my Uncles place of employment, BAM! sent to a Payment site to Pay an additional $29.00 or a trial for $9.99 for a period of 3 days. And then when I attempted simple searches, all they gave up was EVERYTHING YOU GET FOR FREE by logging onto people search, or google, or person find. For the Info I was trying to find out these people want MORE $$$$. So, I wandered, Has anybody else been conned by this outfit with an E-Mail promising to locate any info for a mere $29.00, and recieve a lifetime membership?

I don’t mean typical “you suck” harassment, I mean getting together with other friends and create profiles on other websites not only pretending to be that person but by creating pages dedicated to attacking that child?I am 16 years old and enjoy myself on a website (most of the time) and is a hobby of mine. sadly, there are many younger children on the website who are extremely immature and there is a few in particular that harass me. They create pages on wikipedia on how to ’sarcastically’ be like me, which include everything from making fun of me to complete frivilous ‘facts’. Sadly, I was born with diabetes. There is a 12 year old girl that gangs up with others to harass me because of it, and for other things. Basically, can she be punished? I mean, if I was to hire an internet detective etc.. to track this person down, could she be punished by law for cyber bullying? And please, do not tell me to ignore this person. I have done that multiple times but she creates other accounts and attacks me. It’s a never ending cycle, and whenever I contact the website, they tell me to leave. I know that she does it out of jealousy but I just want it to stop. I’ve told her many times as well as made it clear that I am not afraid to contact the police department and have her stopped.

I am divorcing him. I think that having “evidence” that proves (to an extent) these activities, then I would have a very strong case in my favor. Please help Any advice is appreciated.
