Can that child be punished by law? I don’t mean typical “you suck” harassment, I mean getting together with other friends and create profiles on other websites not only pretending to be that person but by creating pages dedicated to attacking that child?I am 16 years old and enjoy myself on a website (most of the time) and is a hobby of mine. sadly, there are many younger children on the website who are extremely immature and there is a few in particular that harass me. They create pages on wikipedia on how to ’sarcastically’ be like me, which include everything from making fun of me to complete frivilous ‘facts’. Sadly, I was born with diabetes. There is a 12 year old girl that gangs up with others to harass me because of it, and for other things. Basically, can she be punished? I mean, if I was to hire an internet detective etc.. to track this person down, could she be punished by law for cyber bullying? And please, do not tell me to ignore this person. I have done that multiple times but she creates other accounts and attacks me. It’s a never ending cycle, and whenever I contact the website, they tell me to leave. I know that she does it out of jealousy but I just want it to stop. I’ve told her many times as well as made it clear that I am not afraid to contact the police department and have her stopped.
